Destro Scan is a legitimate research and intelligence workspace. The platform itself is not illegal. Accessing or using Destro Scan does not constitute unlawful activity solely by virtue of using the service.

You agree to use Destro Scan only in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and professional obligations that apply to you and your jurisdiction.

You must not use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, defraud, extort, or harm any person or organization. You must not use outputs to facilitate identity theft, unauthorized access, or any criminal conduct.

Destro Scan provides automated lookups, scans, and aggregated reference data. What you do with that information is entirely your responsibility.

Destro Scan, its operators, affiliates, and contributors do not control, direct, or endorse how users interpret, share, store, or act upon search results.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on tool output — including employment, legal, financial, security, or personal decisions. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify independently before acting.

Information surfaced through Destro Scan may originate from third-party indexes, public datasets, network responses, and automated enrichment. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Statistics such as record counts, source totals, and uptime figures are presented for operational context and may change as integrations are added or retired.

You must treat all output as preliminary intelligence — not as proof, legal evidence, or a substitute for professional investigation.

You may only search, scan, or lookup data you are legally permitted to access and use. You are responsible for obtaining any consent, authorization, or legal basis required in your situation.

Using Destro Scan to target individuals without a legitimate purpose, or to bypass protections you are not authorized to bypass, is prohibited.

Accounts, credits, and run history are provided for personal or authorized organizational use under our published pricing and fair-use expectations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to circumvent billing, scrape the service, or violate these terms.

Destro Scan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, non-infringement, or suitability for a specific task.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destro Scan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any result.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Destro Scan in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no payment was made.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
